Innovative Event Services Portfolio
I began working at Innovative Event Services as a Marketing Intern in August 2020. My marketing expertise, design skills, and drive allowed me to grow with the company and become the Marketing Manager in January 2021. I designed the IES lightbulb logo (pictured to the left) using Adobe Illustrator to visually represent the "innovative" nature of the brand.

I have updated and refreshed nearly every page on the IES website. I also have added pages multiple pages to the website such as portfolio pages organized by venue. My contributions to the website increased the average site duration by 242% in one month.

I love the opportunity to get creative on Adobe Illustrator and create one-of-a-kind content. I have used Adobe Illustrator for IES for many different things such as creating logos, to making graphic elements to use as accents on the website, to designing promotional material.

I believe that the key to creating good content is to have a product-focused and
detail-oriented mindset. For IES, I try to make sure the lighting is always in focus and when it isn't in focus but I still want to use the photo I work some magic with Adobe Photoshop to help our lighting shine.

I prefer working with Adobe Suites due to the vast design capabilities and tools. However, I use Canva for simpler designs such as making graphics for blog posts and email campaigns.
