I love to explore all the beauty and charm Charleston has to offer. I love going to different plantations that surround the Charleston area and Boone Hall has always been one of my favorites. Boone Hall plantation is beautiful and filled with so much history. Boone Hall Farms is a working farm connected the main plantation. Boone Hall Farms grows seasonal fruits, vegetables and plants you can purchase and offers seasonal activities. This fall they have sunflower picking, a pumpkin patch, and a corn maze.

I wore the Marci Coverall from Free People sunflower picking. I am so obsessed with it. I bought it at the beginning of October and I've worn it once a week so far. It comes in three different colors and is $128. I'm wearing the Iron Black. It is a relaxed silhouette so its very comfy and I love that it has an elastic waistband to still give shape to your figure. It's sooo easy to thrown on. Just add some boots and you're good to go!
The boots I wore here are the Vegan Going West Boot from Free People. They are my all-time favorite boot and only $88. I have them in three colors and wear them ALL the time. I am wearing the brown snake ones.
This was my first time going sunflower picking. I had obviously seen sunflowers before but something about being in a whole field of them was breathtaking. I was so impressed with how big they were. I saw one of the biggest sunflowers and I had to have that one. Its stem was probably about the size of a quarter if not a little bigger. I was going to trim it a little once I got home before putting it in a vase and I normally just trim flowers with a normal pair of scissors but the stem was too thick to cut with scissors...so crazy!
